Standard Technology, previously the product assurance group of ITRI, has expanded its product and solution portfolio as its customers expand business operations. Since July 2009, Standard Technology turned to focus on IC testing and verification services. Our core expertise and experience revolve around analog and mixed signal integrated circuit testing and verification. We will continue to expand our business in that direction and become the leading testing and verification solution provider for power controller, LED driver IC, power supply management unit (PMU) and LED energy-saving control IC. We will dedicate all efforts to providing reliable, low-cost, efficient and professional testing services for wafer sorting, chip scale packaging, laser repairing technologies, tape packaging and final testing.
